Having been through more tragedies, more heartache, and more set backs than the average person, the saying “what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger” is singer/guitarist/songwriter Jason Cordingley’s mantra, and the basis for this project. Everything he’s been through, everything he’s overcome, all summed up in a defiant ball of “f*ck you”. Don’t expect nice flowery songs…

Jason has dedicated his life to music.
Started playing guitar aged 10, in bands from 13, left home at 17 and moved into the centre of Manchester (UK) to try to make his dream a reality. He’s been the singer/guitarist/songwriter in ”Forena”, “Sanity Lost”, “Redscar”, and “Innerdemonic”, the bassist in “Echo Whisper Chaos”, the vocalist/lyricist in “Coporial”, and the guitarist in “Bonesalt”, so there’s plenty of experience here!
He's also hosted his own radio shows - the “Omnium Rock Show” on Omnium Radio, and “The Launch Pad” on ERB Radio – with the focus on using his own experience to give unsigned bands a leg up in the industry.

Jason released a few solo acoustic recordings over the last couple of years (search for Jason Cordingley on any streaming site), but now it’s time for a change of approach – going back to his rock/metal roots with “What Doesn’t Kill You”.
